Rustic Art is a brand I have been using since some 5-6 years. I totally love their aloe vera gel and thought of picking up the face wash just for a change. I picked up the Neem Basil version for my oily, acne prone skin. Let’s check the Rustic Art Face Wash Review.

My experience with Rustic Art Face Wash
Initially when I was using the face wash I made a mistake of not lathering it on my palm and using it. I simply used to massage it on my already unclean face and was wondering why it is not working. Later on I started foaming it on my palm and then cleansing it.
The face wash lathers pretty nicely even in hard water supply and makes a frothy foam. It cleanses the skin without stripping off the moisture from the skin. I however feel it doesn’t work that nicely on the oily t-zone of my skin. It doesn’t make the skin squeaky clean and just gently cleanses the skin.
I haven’t noticed any change or reduction neither acne nor teeny tiny zits I had, this face wash didn’t help in reducing them.
It would be good to use this face wash in the morning routine rather than evening routine as it cleanses gently. For evening use you may opt in for double cleansing or any other face wash which makes the skin squeaky clean. Sometimes I feel this face wash works better with lukewarm water rather than cold or normal water.
The brand claims the face wash to concentrate last up to three times longer than the liquid of the same quantity. Since it is already in concentrated form you may feel little less quantity is required than the liquid ones. However I don’t feel that it will last three times longer. It does take a sufficient amount of face wash to lather it up and use on the face. The brand claims it to be a water efficient one, that requires less water to rinse off. This claim is true as the face wash doesn’t leave any residue and cleanses well with a few splashes of water.
Rustic Art Face Wash Review
Rustic Art Face wash is in a concentrated form which is a very innovative concept made with sustainability and less water usage in mind. The face wash is a good one to gently cleanse the skin without drying it out. However don’t expect any miracle kind of thing for the face wash to do since acne can’t be controlled just with a face wash. If you are into non soap based face washes this isn’t for you.
