Packaging, Texture and Fragrance
The bottle is housed in white carton with all the necessary description mentioned clearly. The foaming wash bottle is white, opaque plastic bottle with a foam dispense. Additionally it has a transparent cap that encompasses the foam dispenser nozzle. The bottle is pretty sturdy, leak-proof and moreover very travel friendly. The white carton also contains an informational leaflet regarding different Sebamed products and some other info. Since the bottle is opaque, you can’t see the quantity of face wash remaining inside, you have to unscrew the pump and check.
The pump dispenses the foam directly so one doesn’t need to foam the face wash on hands. This makes it a travel-friendly product. Face wash has a watery consistency, but due to the foaming mechanism of the pump it directly dispenses a frothy and foamy mousse. The foam is to be then applied all over the face and massaged. The product has a little clinical fragrance which doesn’t bother me much.
Sebamed Clear Face Cleansing Foam Review
The product is an antibacterial cleansing face wash that may to reduce pimples and blackheads. The brand claims it to be a gentle pore deep cleansing action. I have used this face wash for the longest period of time like roughly 55-60 days. I haven’t noticed any change in my acne since I usually experience hormonal breakouts.
The face wash doesn’t dry out the skin at all even after using it almost thrice per day. On some occasions I did feel as if the face wash does leave a little residual feeling behind while washing off. One must simply spread the face wash across the face and leave it for some time before washing off. This one is mild enough for all skin types and not at all drying.
I tried using the face wash in every possible manner only to find out that the face wash cleanses the skin gently. Other than that I haven’t really noticed any difference. It doesn’t give a squeaky clean feel post usage so this might be a good option for people who have dehydrated skin. I need around 2-3 pumps for my entire face to be covered with the mousse kind of foam it dispenses.
The face wash also is ought to be a pH balanced one. I absolutely do not find any difference in my blackheads too. Overall speaking of you have any inflamed pimples this might help, while considering the brand claims. I think a salicylic acid based face wash works better at combating acne and blackheads.
