Plum Vitamin C Serum Review

My experience with Plum Vitamin C Serum

Ethyl ascorbic acid, a highly stabilized form of Vitamin C is used in the serum. This serum is also fortified with hydrating ingredients, fruits extracts, along with a lot of antioxidants to repair the damage of the skin.

The texture of this vitamin C is not too watery neither too greasy or sticky so that it doesn’t create a film on the skin. The serum is absorbed into the skin very well and doesn’t leave any residue. This makes it suitable for layering up with your favourite moisturizer. It neither irritates nor causes any dryness of the skin. Not even once I experienced any tingling sensation on my skin. Although being said that, I do find using this serum daily may lead to a damaged skin barrier since it significantly exfoliates the skin.

The serum works perfectly to reduce the acne marks, whiteheads and brighten up the skin considerably. Whenever I apply the serum in excess on my cheeks and nose, it reduces the whiteheads and makes them less noticeable. On other days I don’t use much quantity and with regular use of one month it has reduced my acne marks and pigmentation. I use it in my night time routine and sometimes I use the Plum moisturizer for oily skin on top of it. Please use a broad spectrum sunscreen while using a Vitamin C serum.

Plum Vitamin C Serum Review

Plum Vitamin C Serum can be considered as the best vitamin C serum in India for all skin types. It brightens up the skin, exfoliates the whiteheads, considerably reduces acne marks as well as pigmentation. The texture is good for layering up your skincare products. Moreover, the product is very affordable for regular use and the brand makes it even easier to test it out before purchasing by making it available in 3ml packs. I didn’t have any high expectations from the serum but it has definitely surprised me with the efficiency and results. I am happy to say that I will keep coming back to this vitamin C serum.
