My experience with Suganda Centella Green Tea Gel

Suganda Centella Green Tea gel is a simple gel meant to be used as a moisturizer for oily skin. It doesn’t contain any occlusive or oils to seal in the hydrating effect it provides. Ever since I have received it, I use it as a serum beneath my moisturizer and have seen good results.

I use two pumps of the gel and then layer my Plum oil free moisturizer or Pure Bubbles Clarity Lotion to seal in the hydration. The gel transforms into water consistency as you massage it in. It doesn’t leave any sticky after feels and absorbs into the skin nicely. It contains ingredients like Centella, Green Tea, Hyaluronic Acid which are quite soothing in nature. I see improvements in my dehydrated skin with a little plumping effect.

Suganda Centella Green Tea Gel acts more as a serum with additional skin beneficial extracts rather than a standalone moisturizing gel. The brand has mentioned that you can even add a drop of oil like squalane or hemp for other skin types.

After my first face shaving experience, I applied generous amount of this gel and it felt good. That day I just applied this gel and took a break from my regular skincare routine. Additionally, the composition of Suganda Centella Green Tea Gel is best if your skin faces irritation due to excessive use of actives or as a soothing gel post shaving your face. It can also be incorporated by dry, normal skin types in layering method of skincare. Oily skin types can use it beneath a light weight moisturizer or even under a sunscreen for a hydrating effect.

Suganda Centella Green Tea Gel Review

Speaking of the product, it has only restored my faith in layering method of skincare and has shown me some good effects. It is a simple gel, made with soothing and hydrating ingredients for oily, acne prone skin. Being said that, the gel is versatile enough for other skin types in layering method or as a serum. It is also a good moisturising gel to soothe the skin owing to antioxidant and soothing ingredients like Panthenol, Centella and Green Tea. The product also contains hyaluronic acid and is free from fragrance which makes it an all in one product if you are looking for a serum or gel for hydrating effect. Overall speaking Suganda Centella Green Tea Gel is good as a serum and is pretty affordable product as little goes a long way. It’s on my purchase list for sure.
