It has been a long time I purchased the Oriflame Love Nature Purifying Gel Wash Organic Tea Tree. I am a sucker for foaming face wash especially to remove the sunscreeen and dirt in my PM routine. So now let us see if the Oriflame face wash is really worth a try for acne. Let’s head to the Oriflame Love Nature Gel Wash Organic Tea Tree Review.
Formulated without parabens and featuring organic Tea Tree essential oil and super ingredient Lime, this light-foaming floral-citrus scented gel wash works to instantly purify the skin while removing make-up, impurities, excess sebum and oil. It also contains salicylic acid to help target blemishes. It’s also dermatologically-tested and non-comedogenic.

Packaging, Texture and Fragrance
The packaging is a faint green plastic tube with a screw top. The top isn’t flip cap. The consistency of the cleansing gel is runny and texture is soft, gooey gel. The product has a slight hue of green which won’t be much visible if you dispense the gel on palms. The cleansing gel has a zesty fragrance of like which is little overwhelming yet not lingering.
I use the cleansing gel mostly in my PM routine and sometimes in my AM routine. I use a pea sized amount of gel to wash my face in morning and around a coin sized of it for my evening routine.
The gel manages to cleanse my face without drying it and making it feel tight. I don’t feel any sort of irritation or stinging whenever I use it on my zits or any acne if I have. The gel does a good job of making the skin clean and soft. It lathers well and little goes a long way. I have also tried using the gel to remove my sunscreen and it didn’t remove all of it. Firstly removing sunscreens require a lot of face wash and inspite of using a lot of it, my skin didn’t feel that all of the sunscreen had been removed. Although even after using excessive face wash this cleansing gel didn’t dry out my skin.
In terms of reducing acne or zits, I have noticed little difference in reducing the size of small zits. I don’t suffer from any cystic acne as such now and won’t be able to comment on the acne reducing claims of the face wash. The cleansing gel does contain salicylic acid and tea tree extracts. Although it contains salicylic acid, it is not even remotely exfoliating face wash and can be easily used twice a day. The face wash is free from parabens, SLS and SLES and is quite affordable keeping in mind the quantity and price.

Oriflame Love Nature Purifying Gel Wash Organic Tea Tree & Lime Review
Oriflame Love Nature Purifying Gel Wash is a good option for oily acne prone skin. The gel cleanses the skin without drying it or without making it feeling stretchy. It contains salicylic acid and tea tree leaf oil which help in curbing acne upto a certain extent. It can be a good option for those who are on the lookout of paraben, SLS and SLES free face wash. The face wash is a good pick if you are looking for a good salicylic acid based face wash for your oily, acne prone skin. The gel is gentle enough to be used daily morning and night in your skincare routine. Although it can’t remove the sunscreen fully but can easily be used as second cleanser in double cleansing.
