Plum Vitamin C Eye Cream Packaging, Texture and Fragrance
Plum eye cream is available in a small 15ml tube with white and orange colour packaging. The cap is in a twist-up form and fully removable. The tip of the tube dispenses a sufficient amount of eye cream. The texture of the eye cream is gel-cream and white in colour. The eye cream is fragrance free and doesn’t have any noticeable fragrance. It is suitable for sensitive eyes if your eyes can’t tolerate strong or lingering fragrance. The packaging is very travel friendly and compact. Please make sure to not twist up the cap tightly else the dispenser may crack.
My experience with Plum Vitamin C Eye Cream
The eye cream has a light, gel-cream consistency and is not heavy or sticky. It has an amazing brightening effect on the under eye area which is quite evident within a few uses. The brightening and toning effect can be attributed to Vitamin C (Ethyl Ascorbic Acid) and caffeine along with other ingredients such as Peptide, Mandarin Peel Extract, Kakadu Plum Fruit Extract, Carrot Seed Oil, Cucumber Fruit Extract and Glycerine.
The eye cream is a part of my night time skin care routine only and I don’t use it during the day time. I didn’t face any irritation while using the eye cream. This eye cream is a good option if you are looking for a good Vitamin C eye cream in India.
I have some dark under eye circles and as mentioned before I can see an evident brightening effect. The product is specifically targeted at pigmentation puffiness and firm the under eye to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. I absolutely can notice a difference in under eye darkness within 2 weeks. With regular use I can see how my under eye is smooth and bright. I can’t notice much difference in eye puffiness since I already have droopy eyelids.

Initially I was sceptical about using the eye cream thinking the texture won’t be able to moisturize the under eye area. But I was wrong, I could notice how pale my under eye area looked when I stopped using it. The gel-cream consistency spreads easily. I just pat the eye cream until it is fully absorbed. I learnt this technique while using Sebamed eye cream and the eye cream is absorbed beautifully and rapidly this way.
