It’s time for another skincare and haircare empties. It takes a long time to empty a full size products but samples take an eternity to finish. Everytime I think I will finish XYZ sample in 7 days, it ends up lasting me for 10 days. Let’s see what I was able to finish and whether the products are worth the money or not.

Round Lab Dokdo 1025 Cleansing Oil
One of the best finds of 2025 in skincare has to be Round Lab Cleansing oil. I thoroughly enjoyed this product and it’s a total value for money product. I like using Indian skincare products but when it comes to cleansing oils, Korean brands have my heart. If you are into makeup then do give this cleansing oil a try. I will surely be repurchasing this cleansing oil soon.
Dot and Key Oil free Barrier Repair Moisturizer
I absolutely love using this gel-cream texture based ceramide moisturizer. It had been a saviour during winters. It neither clogs my pores nor does it give my skin any greasy or oily feeling. As of now I am using Wishcare NMF Gel moisturizer. As soon as the summers get over, I am getting back to this moisturizer.
The Face Shop Tea Tree face wash
I used this face wash in between my routine and it is a mild, exfoliating face wash which is suitable as a mild cleanser and not as a standalone cleanser. It perfectly fits as a second cleanser in double cleansing routine. I might not purchase it again.
Rustic Art Shampoo Butter
I wanted to change my shampoo after repeatedly using Dot and Key Shampoo and I finally settled for Rustic Art one. This is an easy to use shampoo as it is buttery in nature, which in turn makes application to the scalp very easy. This is a deep cleansing shampoo that cleanses even dandruff without drying the scalp.
Hyphen Brightening Pads
Everytime I used these pads, I experienced a very tiny, pus filled zit on my face. I even tried just dabbing the essence on my face but I still had the same zit at random places. I used them over 6 months and wasn’t consistent enough to notice any difference.
Deconstruct Hair Serum
This is an average hair serum and has oil in it, so applying more than required weighs my hair down. I won’t be purchasing this one and had received it as a PR long time back.

Plum Vanilla Caramello Perfume
I didn’t like this fragrance upon immediate application but it fades beautifully after 2 days. I might skip this one as it tends to give me headache.
Moxie Hyaluronic Acid Shampoo and Conditioner
I liked the conditioner more than the shampoo. The conditioner is an excellent choice for fine hair as it doesn’t weigh down the hair. It also helps retain my curls for one day, so am waiting for a small size product of this conditioner.
Plum Coconut Milk and Peptides Shampoo
I have used a full size product of this shampoo and it’s a good choice for taming away baby hair. However it doesn’t work much on dandruff.
Plum Niacinamide Sunscreen
I have used this sunscreen back to back with around 4-5 tubes and it gives you glass skin with ultimate glowing skin. However, I am shifting to new age UV filters so not using this now during Summer.
Plum Vanilla Caramello Body lotion
Plum Body Lotion
Plum Niacinamide Toner
Plum Vegan Mucin Essence
All of these products are of okay quality and I used them just for the sake of emptying the sample size products. Sometimes I skip Plum brand sales so that I don’t end up getting these sample products.
That’s it for my skincare and haircare empties that I have used up. Most of the products don’t end up being in my repurchase list as we have variety of brands now and lots of choices.
