Effective Morning Drink for Glowing Skin

Best drink for Glowing Skin
This drink is one of my tested and tried formula. It results in glowing skin, healthy hair and many health benefits. There is no case of side effects or any other health-related problems until now. But be sure you are not allergic to any of the mentioned ingredients. And if you are on medication, do not forget to consult your doctor before starting.

One fresh bunch for mint leaves, 1 big fresh Aloe Vera leaf, 1/4 lemon or1/4 cup of orange juice (for freshness), Honey (for taste).

I recommend to drink this twice a day and giving the quantity accordingly. Please reduce the quantity of the ingredients if you want to make it for one-time use.

  1. Take 2 & 1/2 glass of water in a pan
  2. Boil it for a few seconds
  3. Wash the mint leaves properly with water
  4. Put the mint leaves in the boiling water
  5. Leave it boiling for another 3-5 minutes
  6. Switch off the stove
  7. Leave the mint water to cool down
  8. Strain the water in another bowl (optional)
  9. You can use the water with the mint leaves
  10. Peel off one big Aloe Vera leaf
  11. Scoop out the fresh gel from the leaf
  12. Put it in the mint water
  13. Grind it in the grinder
  14. Pour the juice in a glass
  15. Add lemon juice and honey (optional)
  16. Ice cubes if you want it chilled
  • This juice may taste a bit bitter to you. For minimizing the bitterness you can add lemon and honey to it. Avoid adding sugar or salt to it as neither salt nor sugar is good for our skin.
  • In place of lemon, you can add 1/4 cup of orange juice to 1 glass of mint-Aloe Vera juice. It will naturally sweeten the juice and also enhance the taste.
  • Add some ice cubes or just store it in the refrigerator if you want a cold drink. I prefer drinking it normal or a little warmer in the morning. But for second-time use, I store the rest of the drink in the refrigerator. And love taking it with some ice cubes.  
  • Start taking this juice every morning and evening continue for only 2-4 weeks. Try to take is empty stomach and you’ll notice the natural glow in your skin. If your skin is acne-prone, it will prevent breakouts, improve digestion, improve your hair growth and also help you to maintain your weight if you are on your weight loss journey.

Who can take this drink?
There is no age limit but if you are below 15 try to reduce the quantity. And the most important thing- do not drink if you are on a high dose of medication. Please consult your doctor before trying this drink. Good for the age group 20+ & Best for the age group 30+.
