Skincare Empties #7

Last updated on 11 August, 2022

Time and again, I love doing an empty post of my skincare stash, so as to reassess and check what worked for my skin and what didn’t. I often end up with making firm decisions so as to repurchase a certain product or not. Also doing an empty post makes me empty a lot of products so as to make room for new ones and review some products to help others make a choice. So let’s proceed with the list.

Bon Organics Aloe Vera Shampoo
My holy grail shampoo, works well, well rather really well with my dry and frizzy hair. Some people have complained about increase in hairfall after using this shampoo, but I have never ever witnessed it. This is my second empty bottle and when Bon Organics had a 40% off site wide, I purchased two more bottles. I guess these numbers are enough to show off my love this shampoo. I have to still do a full review of this 😐.
This was a PR sample and I loved how it worked great as a toner. However I do find the price a little high one to pay for a toner. Since the all the products from the brand are organic, I would love trying some new products from their range rather than repurchasing this one.
I have repurchased this mask many times. It makes the skin so soft and clean. When used on alternate days it also helps in reducing the acne. I have fully reviewed the product.
I has purchased this face wash long back and forgot t. Few months back I used it for few weeks and have reviewed it as well. The only sad part is the brand has stopped making this face wash. It’s first ingredient is Kumkumadi Oil and it gives a nice glow to the skin and cleanses the skin nicely.
Gulnare Aloe & Vit E Face Cream
I had received a sample size of 30 gms in one of the VanityCask Box. I have never purchased Gulnare due to its high price point. I liked the cream for its light weight formula and a little of this cream goes a long way. It took me one and half month to empty this quantity. Highly recommended if you have oily skin and are into organic skincare.
I love love love this cleanser for using it as a mask. I am going to repurchase it for sure. You can read the full review linked to the name.
Blend It Raw Lavender Hydrosol
I liked the subtle fragrance of this hydrosol and would love repurchasing it. A total winner when it comes to using it as a toner, for mixing face mask or just spraying your face for some freshness.
Bon Organics Aloe Vera gel with Tea tree
I found this product okayish. The tea tree isn’t in it isn’t enough to prevent breakouts which I had initially thought it would. It’s a good one for hair and for some DIYs. Not going to repurchase.
So this is my empty list. In total I emptied 8 products out of which I will be highly recommending Mittise Aloe Clay Cleanser, Bon Organics Aloe Vera Shampoo and Auravedic Anti Blemish Face Mask. Hope you liked the post and helps you make best choice for your skin.
